About.

Thomas Pang is a Juris Doctor candidate and a multidisciplinary creative with a career spanning classical music, media production, and digital design. Currently pursuing his law degree, Thomas brings a unique perspective to the legal field, blending the rigorous discipline of a classical violist with the analytical precision of a Master of Media.

As the founder of Die Musikzeitung, Thomas has spent over a decade making complex information accessible—a skill he now applies to legal research and advocacy. His professional background includes commissioning work for the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and performing under the baton of masters like Vassily Sinaisky and Joshua Bell.

A graduate of RMIT University’s Master of Media program, Thomas is also a published recording artist and an accomplished photographer. His transition into law is driven by a commitment to the same excellence and versatile problem-solving that defined his career in the arts and media.

"Thomas has a great understanding of digital marketing and graphic design. He created his own website and social media pages about classical music, which targeted different groups of audiences. He did most of the graphic designs for the website and organized the articles very well. He also wrote good programme notes for educational purposes. His writing is interesting and easy to understand, which encourages beginners to get in touch with classical music."
